Ram Kapse (born 1 December 1933) is a former Lt Governor of Andaman and Nicobar Islands. He is a leader of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP). He represented Thane in the 9th and 10th Lok Sabha.
He was elected as MLA from Kalyan Vidhan Sabha constituency (85) of Maharashtra during 1985-1990.[1]
